The Museum of Flight Store wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If any of our merchandise does not meet your expectations, please feel free to return or exchange the items within 30 days of purchase. If you would like to return a purchase made in our museum store, we ask that you ship the items you'd like to return back to us before we process your refund.
Please email store@museumofflight.org with a brief explanation of the reason for return. Should the item be damaged, defective, or not as advertised, we will cover the cost to ship it back. Should you want to do an exchange, we will send you a return label to have you ship back the item you are exchanging.

Please email us with your information and order number/ticket receipt within 30 days of purchase. Someone from our customer service team will respond to you within the next business day with specific return instructions. If you are outside of the U.S. you will need to mail your items back to us at your local postal service.
